Energy efficiency can mean savings for you.
True Power Company’s energy conservation products improve energy efficiency in your building or plant for a greener, more cost effective business. Inefficient energy use can cost you money in power factor penalties, higher electric bills, excess power use, wasted energy and heat, strain and wear on equipment that results in more frequent maintenance, replacement and re-lamping. The General Services Administration (GSA) found that green buildings cost less to operate, have excellent energy performance, and have occupants that are more satisfied with the overall building than the occupants in typical commercial buildings. Our energy saving products use Power Factor Correction as a sustainability tool to reduce the amount of power required from the utility company by increasing the efficiency of the electricity available to inductive motors, and ultimately reduce carbon emissions. Our energy saving technology has stood the test of time and is used in office buildings, restaurants, agricultural coolers, hotels, hot houses, laundries, as well as industrial plants — wherever motors are working. Our Electricity Management System reduces energy consumption, has a rapid ROI, and requires no change in operations and no maintenance. Benefits include improved energy efficiency, less power consumption from utilities, lower bills, improved equipment functioning with potential savings in energy and reduction in carbon emissions. |

Department of Energy and Commercial Real Estate Executives Launch Alliance to Reduce Energy Consumption of Buildings WASHINGTON, D.C. – Top executives from 19 commercial real estate companies met with U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) officials in New York City today to discuss plans to dramatically reduce the sector’s energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. The meeting officially launched DOE’s Commercial Real Estate Energy Alliance (CREEA), a partnership of commercial real estate owners and operators who have volunteered to work together with DOE to make lasting change in the energy consumption of commercial real estate buildings in the United States. Currently, commercial buildings account for 18 percent of the nation’s energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions. |
